Day 1

Saariselkä - Sanila

Your snowmobile adventure begins in Saariselkä. After getting familiar with the machines, you head north across vast frozen expanses. You cross the completely frozen Lake Inari before reaching the Sanila reindeer farm in Sevettijärvi. At the end of this first long stage, dinner and a sauna await, offering a chance to recover.

Day 2

Sanila - Kirkenes

You leave Sanila in the morning and continue towards the Norwegian border. After crossing into Norway, you travel towards the coast as the scenery gradually changes into the maritime landscapes of the Far North. You reach Kirkenes, near the Varangerfjord and the Barents Sea. There, you are introduced to king crab fishing, followed by lunch prepared with your catch. In the evening, you stay at the Kirkenes Snowhotel in a room made of snow and ice, or in a heated wooden chalet.

Day 3

Kirkenes - Inari

You head south again and cross back into Finland. The landscape changes as you progress. You cross Lake Inari once more before reaching the village of Inari, where you spend the night.

Day 4

Inari - Saariselkä

You begin the day with a visit to the Sámi Museum to discover the history and culture of Lapland’s Indigenous people. After lunch, you set off on the final stage towards Saariselkä through the snow-covered landscapes of the north. Arrival at the end of the day.
