Continuing along the legendary Route 66, you cross into Arizona, where some of the most iconic stops of the Mother Road await. A visit to Oatman, a former mining town famous for its freely roaming wild burros, offers a glimpse into the spirit of the Old West. The journey then continues to Kingman, often referred to as the “Heart of Route 66,” where the rich history of America’s most famous highway comes to life. After a lunch stop in Seligman, widely regarded as the birthplace of the Route 66 revival movement, the road leads toward one of the world's greatest natural wonders.
