My name is Jean-Louis and I have been exploring Laos by motorcycle for more than thirty years. Over time I have ridden thousands of kilometers of trails across the country, from the mountains of the north to the Mekong and remote villages near the Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese borders. Passionate about this land and its culture, I now design motorcycle journeys to share the authentic Laos with riders seeking real adventure.

Along the Mekong River, which flows through the country from China to Cambodia, you will discover mountainous landscapes, primary forests and countless rice fields. Laos, with its six million inhabitants and its capital Vientiane, remains one of the most authentic destinations in Southeast Asia.
Shaped by the history of Indochina, Laos has preserved its architectural heritage and a unique atmosphere that you will experience in Luang Prabang, the former royal capital and UNESCO World Heritage city located on the banks of the Mekong.
The Plain of Jars in the heart of Hmong country is a must-see, as well as Long Tieng, the former secret CIA base, the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail in the south along the Vietnamese border, and the regions of Sayaboury and Hongsa, once known as the kingdom of elephants.
I am deeply in love with Laos and my greatest pleasure is sharing this country with you its extraordinary people, their traditions, ancestral customs, Buddhist and animist beliefs and rituals.
Motorcycling is the perfect way to explore remote villages and hidden trails far from tourism. You will stay with my friends in their small riverside village… a true immersion into Lao life.
Assisted by my son Félix and Mark, our Lao Hmong guide, mechanic and driver, you will always be in direct contact with the local people. Our team speaks Lao, French, English and Thai fluently.
