Eric Eric
Based in Tours, Eric designs motorcycle trips across France and Europe, riding through mountain roads, iconic passes and carefully selected routes made for the pure pleasure of riding and sharing the journey.
My name is Eric and I now live in Tours, between the Auvergne and the kind of roads that make you want to twist the throttle a little further than planned. Originally from Northern France and adopted by the Auvergne, I have been riding across Europe for over 25 years. Spain, Andalusia and the Pyrenees are among those territories where I feel at home both for the quality of the roads and for the atmosphere they offer.
What drives me is simple: sharing the pleasure of riding. A perfect mountain line, a well-shaped pass, the late afternoon light over an Auvergne plateau… These are the sensations that matter. I enjoy designing journeys that are dynamic, accessible yet engaging where you truly enjoy the road while maintaining the convivial spirit that makes group travel so rewarding.

Riding in Spain, Andalusia, the Pyrenees or the Auvergne is not just about changing scenery. Each region has its own character, its own rhythm, its own way of welcoming motorcyclists. My role is to capture that personality and translate it into a coherent route enjoyable to ride and faithful to the spirit of the place.
Spain is often an obvious choice. The roads are varied, the asphalt generally excellent, the landscapes bold and contrasting. But not everything is equal. Some areas are best crossed quickly, while others deserve a slower pace to enjoy a flowing sequence of bends or an unexpected viewpoint. Designing a good itinerary means knowing how to balance these sections, avoiding uninspiring main roads and prioritizing routes that deliver real riding pleasure.
Andalusia is one of the destinations I particularly appreciate. Between the Sierra de Grazalema, the winding roads around Ronda and the more arid landscapes toward the east, you move from one world to another within just a few kilometers. What I enjoy most are these contrasts but also the atmosphere: a coffee break on a lively square, a soft evening light even after long hours in the saddle.
The Pyrenees and the Auvergne offer a different style. More compact passes, sometimes narrower roads, a rawer terrain. There is a true riding pleasure there more technical, more committed without falling into excess. These are regions I know well and where I enjoy guiding groups, adapting the pace so that everyone finds enjoyment, regardless of their level.
My approach remains constant: a motorcycle journey must be fluid, balanced and alive. Neither a simple accumulation of kilometers nor an overloaded schedule. The goal is to enjoy the road, anticipate challenges, keep energy for the end of the day and preserve the convivial spirit that makes all the difference.
Each project is built together with the riders. I take interest in their experience, their riding style, what they truly expect from those few days or that week away. And once back, I listen carefully to their impressions. The memories they mention a specific pass, a perfect curve, a particular atmosphere are often the best validation of the work done.
